Spectacular house with 4 suites in Portogalo Condominium. Large deck with stunning views of the ocean and the Big Island (Ilha Grande). The house has on the first floor an internal area with large living room, set of sofas, wine cellar, 8-seater dining table, toilet, TV room (50 "), cable TV, game room with snooker, table tennis and TV (42 "), kitchen with 5 burner stove and spacious oven, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer. On the second floor there are a circulation room and 4 suites, all with sea view, Queen bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed). In the outdoor area you will find the swimming pool, the barbecue grill, the sauna with wet bathroom, besides the garage for 4 vehicles and garden under the deck. In addition, the entire infrastructure of the hotel Portogalo is available to the condominiums (swimming pool, sauna, sports and tennis courts, helipad, restaurant and entertainment). And the best !!! The guest has at his disposal to tour the islands and beaches of the region three boats: one of 26 feet (up to 08 passengers), one of 29 feet (up to 12 passengers) and one of 38 feet (up to 16 passengers). Perfect Vacation

We stayed with family and friends and had one of our best vacations ever! We travel internationally every summer with 4 children and this house was perfect for our group. It is one of our favorite destinations now! The views were spectacular and the home is beautiful with plenty of space. The owner became a lifelong friend who personally greeted us and made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing! Having a boat was a huge bonus. We were able to island hop and see things we would have missed without it. Also, the staff was exceptional! We cried when we left and hope to return to our friends soon! Thank you to Marcelo and his family!

Large property and great value

The property and service were great. About our only issues were getting the shower temperature correct but we eventually got it right. There aren’t closets for the individual bedrooms but all 4 bedrooms have full baths. The tv is an older unit and not netflix or amazon prime or youtube capable. Something that can be upgraded by the owner to make this place better. Setting is beautiful and we really enjoyed it. The community beach isn’t crowded and we enjoyed the quiet feel to this property. Owner was great and that is especially important.

A casa é super confortável, bem decorada e bem mantida. O dono do imóvel fornece uma ótima assistência , com contato direto e ótimas sugestões. Not worth the money

Good property, but for 3 times cheaper a day then we’ve payed. We knew we were overpaying for 3 days, because of the one day courtesy boat experience, which is indicated in ad, so I think my experience must be included in the review. First day was courtesy and was great, we even catched the sunset (even with courtesy you still have to pay extra for gas and captain), Second boat ride day was fully payed by us, and it was cloudy in the morning, and in my opinion renter should aware us about raining A LOT, but he didn’t, so most part of the day 12pm-4pm we had a bad experience (btw whole day boat ride here is only 6 hours, 10am-4pm). And the main thing. We’ve visited Dentista Beach as our first point of 2nd boat ride day, then drived back for 20 minutes, and when we asked to come back, captain told us “no guys it’s too far, and not on our route anymore”, so after spending an hour on telephone with owner and head boat rental, they finally told its few extra dollars that I have to pay for the gas. (That amount was really low, let’s say it’s around 2 6packs is beer) I don’t know how much money owner payed to boat guy for courtesy day, maybe even nothing, because of we payed 2nd day and gas n captain fees for the first. But this small extra charge for 20 minutes ride back shows what kind of person he is. To explain better: there were no hair dryer in the house, and he bought the most cheapest on the planet the next day. My wife just used the towel. All the appliances are from 80-90 years. Clothes dryer didn’t work (but we needed it deadly after rainy boat ride). No teapot as well. So we used gas stove for boiling the water. Pool was cold, not cool, cold, so we didn’t even use it. Didn’t try sauna, but pretty sure it’s not working or smth. Absolutely nothing to do in the area, lagoon water is spoiled by boats, no restaurants or any activities nearby, only supermarket where you can buy food is 20 minutes away. SO, I would recommend you guys, who really want to enjoy Isla Grande by boat, just rent something cheap here at Angra dos Reis, and wait for sunny weather for boat rides.

I must say by far the best house I have ever been to... Marcelo’s home is truly a home it has everything, truly everything you need to have an incredible vacation! We spent 5 days in January with a full day of rain and really enjoyed his home... the layout of the house is perfect for families and or couples. It’s very secluded with I crdible views.. we Bbq’d every Night and used his lancha during the day. Marcelo was an incredible host from beginning to end... he truly took great care of us and answered every time questions in seconds. The service from his staff Cátia, Carlos and Kennedy were impeccable! I can’t wait to go back!!!! Thank you!

Adoramos a experiência, principalmente a atenção da Catia. A casa é linda, com vista maravilhosa, piscina deliciosa e em um condomínio seguro! Adoramos a estadia...sentimos falta apenas de um pouco de manutenção na casa, como maçanetas caindo, vazamentos na chuva, piso deck empenado...mas são coisas pequenas perto da delícia que é a casa!!!

Casa espetacular em um lugar paradisíaco!!

Passei dias maravilhosos! A casa é espetacular, bem decorada e com cômodos amplos e confortáveis! Sem falar da vista! O Marcelo e sua secretaria Mônica são super simpáticos e atenciosos. A Catia, empregada da casa, é pro ativa, gentil e atenciosa. E cozinheira de mão cheia. O passeio de lancha foi perfeito, com marinheiro experiente e atencioso. Lancha nota 10!!
