About this space
Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.
The space
You have full accessibility to all areas of cabin and spaces outside as long as you are within fences of property - enjoy a bonfire in the firepit roasting marshmallows and making smores as a compliment for being our guest!

Do not cross fences into pastureland as there are bulls and cows that can be dangerous
Other things to note
Fire pit area for your enjoyment and a deck to enjoy - you have to climb three steps to get in front of cabin and other steps to get in back of cabin

What a lovely country cabin. I had an excellent stay during my visit and when I come back this will be the number one place I look to book. It’s so beautiful and quiet and peaceful and private. Except for the bulls. They see everything. The host was amazing with her communication and answered every question I had. Also the internet connection was pretty strong considering the location. I was able to work with minimal issues. Cooking was manageable even with the small table top oven/stove top they provided. Also the outdoor shower was the star of the show! Just make sure not to leave the lights on out there at night or the bugs WILL swarm. I learned that the hard way lol. I can’t wait to visit this place again.

Great getaway place

Wonderful place to spend time away in a peaceful environment. Has great facilities and awesome hosts. We spend 2 relaxed nights and highly recommend this place to get away from city life.

Perfect cozy escape

Me and my partner loved every aspect of the property. Everything was clean and prepared perfectly for us. With a few little added bonuses courtesy of the proprietors. It was so relaxing to sit outside and read or walk and watch the cows go about their daily business. The surrounding towns were cute as a button and I only wish we had slightly more time to explore. Can't recommend highly enough.

Our visit to the Bucking Bull Bunkhouse was very pleasant. A rustic feel to the place was one of a few characteristics that made this location worth the booking. I know planning trips around weather is almost impossible when booking weeks in advance, but we were fortunate to be blessed with two out of two nights of perfect weather. Clear Skys at night aided in the ambiance by the fire pit provided by the property host. The cool crisp weather of a December night didn’t hurt either. Hopefully your stay is as wonderful. Regardless of weather, I'm sure the stay would have been amazing.
