Bring the whole family to experience our family lake house. Our house is located inside the Oak Shores Lake community. The community has its own launch ramp and community center with a pool and mini golf course. House shares a dock with (LAKE FRONT AT THE DRAGON). Oak Shores association only allows 8 adults and 6 children under the age of 16, 2 car max per driveway with one water craft and one trailer per HOA regulations. AndYou can book both houses if you need extra space, they are next door to each other. If you're looking to rent a wakeboard boat, and or a tow vehicle to enjoy your vacation, please let us know so we can help arrange one for you. The house features a game room, lake views, and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Wine tasting is near by as is the town of Paso Robles. The OAK hill market is a full service grocery store. There is gas station is also nearby, also a Pizza shop, Sandwiches, and coffee readily available.

The property also has access to a community beach when the water is down, the dock provides a place to tie up your boat and swim around. We ask that the person booking the home is staying at the home at all times and no booking for someone, remains the communication person through the reservation! Walking distance to the dock. Golf Cart & Polaris Ranger Rental available upon request/availability may vary.
