Very clean

The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It had what we needed in the kitchen to function for the week. My mom commented that the bathtub could use tread strips for senior citizens.

No AC

Initially the lock would not open with the app that was downloaded. Contacted host and this was fixed. Then noticed that less than 12 hours before our arrival there was an email sent (which I did not see) stating NO AC. Coming from out of town and no additional housing available. Host never offered to change price or bring fans. Had to go spend money for large industrial fans. The house had no house stock like extra paper towels, coffee, sugar, etc. Beds were comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. The issue with the AC, which initially caught me unaware, was communicated more than 24 hours in advance, along with the option to cancel, which was not taken. While we understand the inconvenience, every room in the home is equipped with ceiling fans for air flow. The AC cooling issue has since been resolved. Regarding the amenities, the listing does NOT state that we provide coffee or sugar. Paper towels were available, and had you reached out, I would have gladly directed you to the extra supply in storage. I'm glad to hear you found the beds comfortable.
