This place is just just 10 miles from Girdwood and 20 miles from Anchorage. Perfect getaway for anyone looking to get out of the city. Bird to Gird coastal bike trail head right on the edge of our property which features miles of beautiful ocean and Mountain View’s. This property is a real part of Alaskan history as it was home of the famous birdhouse bar which obtained the very first liquor license In the state and is now home to Birdhouse Garage and cabin rentals
