Amazing host! Went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. The property was exactly what you'd expect it to be. It had a small issue with ants, but the host did their upmost to make sure my stay was comfortable and resolved the pest issue in a timely, reasonable manner.

What a great and beautiful stay. The tiny home was awesome and just big enough for a couple. You can tell they put hard work into the home. Making espresso in the morning was the ticket. Host was great and communicative. If you want to get away in an area that has gorgeous views and roads to ride your motorcycle stay here. Thank you Joni.

I loved being able to meet the host, it made it more personable. The tiny home was so cute, and cabin-like. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely keep this gem on my list of places to stay at again.

Cool Little Tiny Home

Cool little home. Very quiet area. The host has plates, pots and pans, and little odd and end items to make sure you have everything for your stay. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Tiny home

Tiny home sits in a back pasture area among RV sites. No one else was there during our stay so it was very peaceful. There’s a nice wooded area with a firepit and picnic table. The home was very neat, clean, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.

Adorable and well stocked!

We absolutely loved this place! We had a few minor issues but they were easily fixed and the owner was very communicative. Wifi was a little iffy but it is in a secluded area. My partner and I really enjoyed this place and it was very well stocked for being a tiny home. If you are in the Pell City area I highly recommend!

Amazing getaway!

Super cozy, gorgeous tiny house! Had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive and thoughtful. The comforter wasn’t the cleanest and we didn’t realize there were going to be other RVs right next to us, but overall had a perfect trip

Cute and cozy

We had a great stay in the tiny home. We stayed for a night to break up a long travel day and it was perfect for that, would also be great for a longer stay in Alabama. The tiny home is so cute with rustic charm. We had a miscommunication of when our stay started and even with the mishap, we were well taken care of. Sweet and reputable owners. Great option for a couple looking for a cheap and relaxing getaway

This was our first time staying in a tiny home and we LOVED it! It was rustic and modern, super clean and tidy, beautiful wood work throughout, over all great experience. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The wifi is iffy - which is explained in the listing - so this made it a little difficult to watch tv but that wasn't a huge deal to me. I would totally recommend this place to other couples and would consider staying here again!

I called the property owner to get a text message saying I'll call you back. Never received a call back I had to return the call again myself! After that the po seemed to have a strange attitude. Explaining to me how she wanted to make sure I understood that the couch need would only fit a small child. That was not mentioned in the description. This causes our trip to have to add 6 hours drive time to our trip with a special needs baby. Not fun. Them she said she would refund me but I only got a partial refund. When I received the refund in the mail it was addressed to a"Mason" which is not our name at all and it said or current resident... We almost sent it back to the post office but my husband decided to open it because of the return address thinking it would be our refund and it was... That would be a great way to get out of refunding someone! The other place we stayed was altogether different, so nice, sweet sweet lady there totally different from the mess we experienced with this property/owner...Also the address was totally iffy... Beware.

This whole situation is regrettable. The description I originally wrote said the tiny home would sleep 4 people. And it would if 2 were children. The fold-out sofa is not full size (this was in the description), and though we have had adults use it before, it's not a comfortable fit for most. When I spoke with this guest on the phone a few days prior to her visit, I saw that the booking was for 4 people, and I mentioned to her about the fold-out couch. Ultimately, this was what necessitated the cancelation. I immediately clarified the description on VRBO of our accommodations. She was outside the refund window for VRBO, so I offered to refund her directly for my payout amount (since the confusing description was totally my fault), which I told her would be $92. She elected to recieve a check in the mail versus other forms of payment. I did try to find her name, but I guess I should have just contacted her directly to ask. Since I wasn't sure, I put "or current resident" on the envelope. Made sense to me. Because their stay was on a holiday weekend and our area is near a recreational lake, all the other rentals nearby were either booked or much more expensive, so I guess that's why they ended up with a long drive, but I'm not really sure. This guest did not come to our property or see the rental at all. I'm not sure what she means about our address. GPS takes you right to our driveway. We've literally never had anyone have an issue finding it. From my perspective I did what I could to make this right.
