The house is located within a two acres property enclosed by a stone wall with serpentine wire, and monitored by a security company.
The house is protected with a monitored electronic security service, 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Electric gate provides easy and convenient acces to the private property.
Relaxing landscapping, in a two acres property, private and secluded with mature trees, flowers, exotcic plants, exotic birds and native wild life.

The resident in house House Keeper will prepare your full Nicaraguan breakfast eggs, gallo pinto, bread and coffe and is available to prepare you lunch as well. You will only need to provide the ingredients.

All Utilities are included: Water, Electricity, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Gas.
Modern stainless steel appliances, Refrigerator, Gas Stove and Oven, Microwave as well as ceiling fans are available for your enjoyment.

Great stay in Managua

The house is about 10 minutes outside of Managua. I was a little late getting to the house and was very happy that the house keeper was waiting for me. (You might want to hire a driver because there are not many taxis driving by the house. I could recommend someone, if needed). The house is spacious with enough room for a family. We had a total of 4 and had plenty of room. The house is modern with everything you need. The house keeper (Mirella) was the best. She really helped out a lot. As a matter of fact I think she went above a beyond what she had to do to help us out. She even went with us to buy groceries. Her help alone makes this an house worth renting. The whole home was very nice and tranquil. I enjoyed it very much and would definitely rent it again. Ok, lets talk about some of the negatives of the house. Please understand that there are really no negatives but just some things to make the stay better. I had to wait 2 days for the password to the internet. That is a easy fix. However, when you are in a different country sometimes the only form of communication you have with you home is e-mail. There is only one TV in the house. When you have children a second TV is nice. As usual in Latin America the beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked ( I travel a lot and this is very common in Latin America.) Although the air conditioning in the rooms were adequate, I don't think the fans were working properly. They are adequate during the night but could use a little more cooling during the day. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. My experience was very nice here.

Managua pleasant staying

I have been spent in this Villa almost 15 days. Location is good, not in the city center, but just 10 mins by car from the city. The house has a wonderful garden, and it is nice to have a walk in the morning. close to the house there are shops and supermarket. Owners are extremely friendly: they live in a separate villa and help you with any request you may have. Also the maid lady (Mirella) helping you with the house cleaning and cooking. The villa is really big, with two doubkle bedroom and three bathroom and a big living room. I have really nice memories from that trip, and strongly recommend this place.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The house is nice, spacious and comfortable; the gardens are spacious, nice and allowed us to be able to completely relax. Thank you Antonio and Claudia for making your beautiful home available. You learn to overlook the noise from trucks at night.

I live in California and travel here every year for some R&R.
I enjoy sitting in the yard, listening to the birds in the morning and afternoons, watching the changing colors of the clouds in the sky as a sip the local rum Flor de Caña on the rocks while relaxing to some easy listening music.
The green colors, and colorful flower of the lush landscaping captivates my sights, while the breeze of the high elevation captivates my soul.

Why they chose this property

For all the right reasons, I think this is the ideal location. Close to the airport of Managua, but not close enough to the turmoil fo the city.
Very accessible to the tourist attractions, of cities like Granada, Leon.
Also very accessible to the beaches in the Pacific Ocean.

What makes this property unique

The in house caretaker will welcome you in to the property and provide you with the electronic remote control to the entrance gate to the property.
When I am here I enjoy having a full Nicaraguna breakfast every day with fruits in season.

For those of you that do not need a full house, Bed and breakfast is available for $55 dollars a day.
