Welcome to our beautifully renovated townhouse, centrally located in Murfreesboro TN! If you love that homey vibe with a touch of boho, this is it! Were close to both MTSU & the downtown "boro" area. Master KING suite is located on the first floor with 2 Queen BR's upstairs & a full bath on each floor also!

We can accommodate a group of couples or a big family! You will have everything you need to kick back & relax including family's with children!! This will truly be your home away from home!

King Master bedroom is located on the first floor with a office/desk set up for those needing a "home office" work space. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are on the 2nd floor both with Queen beds. First floor full bathroom has shower/tub combo and the 2nd floor bathroom has a stand up shower.

The house was clean and inviting. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was easy to contact and easy to work with when I had a special request. We stayed here for a college visit for my daughter. If she decides to attend MTSU, we would definitely book again for a visit.

A very nice home in nice neighborhood. Close to The World Outreach Church, which was the reason for our coming to TN. Clean home and welcoming feel and Megan, the owner, was very nice and responsive to our questions.

Great stay!

Only stayed 1 night as we were helping our son get moved back in to MTSU. Very nice stay, very clean and very close to MTSU. Quiet street. Coffee bar and snacks were appreciated! Great communication with owners. Will definitely stay here again when we come to see our son.

We came to town for MTSU’s graduation. This house has been renovated and it’s so cute! Megan was super responsive and even left us snacks and waters in the frig which was great after a long day of traveling. Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall it was good. The size of the property was a little misleading. The upstairs bathroom was very small. Our AC didn’t work on the first night, but the host was very responsive and it was better on night 2. There were a few bugs that we cleaned up, but didn’t put too much stake in that as that can happen in any house. The workers next door were very loud by 8 am on Sunday morning, but we were leaving so it did not bother us much. Could be an issue for others though. Also the street it is on is very dark. Again though, overall good. Thanks.

We’re glad your overall stay with us was good. All of the pictures are very accurate to the listing and we’ve never had a guest mention that they have been in anyway misleading. The AC was working both nights and as you said through messages it cooled down just fine at night. We did however have an AC tech come out right after you checked out to do a full inspection and cleaning and everything seemed to be working as it should. We’ve yet to find any bugs in the house and have a regular pest control company that services the townhouse. Nor have we had any other guest mention bugs. Our neighbors were having a new roof installed the day you checked out which I’m sure caused some noise and while it was within normal daytime hours it was also finished by the end of the day and shouldn’t be an issue for anyone going forth. And lastly, we’re located in a normal neighborhood with several street lights, I’m not sure why anyone would want more light than that at night time but totally understand everyone has their own preferences. I’m sorry for the issues you had with our property, we do take any and all concerns seriously and have looked for ways to better it and the experience of our guests. We appreciate any and all feedback. Thanks again for staying with us.
