Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Horrible communication, host cancelled a day before my trip. As it was a festival we were attending so room rates were astronomical . So here I go 3 hrs on the phone with Expedia/vrbo to make sure I would get a refund. Worst experience ever.
