Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo. Fully renovated in Nov 2020! Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, newly remodeled bathrooms, new flooring throughout, and much more! Split floor plan with 1,000 square feet of living space plus a large, spacious open air deck with plenty of seating overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Our private beach is perfect for a relaxing vacation filled with sun, sand, and surf! Plenty of great wildlife sightings including dolphins, manatees, birds and more. Ideal location in beautiful Indian Shores that is walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Don't miss the breath taking sunsets and beautiful white sand beaches. The Space
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has internet tv and a private bathroom. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space including a Keurig and seating for four guests. The adjacent living area with a large L shaped sectional sofa is perfect for gathering. Enjoy the water views on the large deck, adding plenty of outdoor space. Also included is WiFi, cable TV, full sized washer/dryer, air mattress with bedding if needed, and beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and towels.

Condo is one of only two units in the building, and is located on the second floor. 3 parking spots available directly under unit along with an outdoor shower to rinse off in after a day at the beach!

Ideal, 6 stars out of 5

Ideal location. Literally -on- the beach. Only a couple other 2-unit buildings as "neighbors" with the big palm trees = private feel. Walk to/from beach in a few seconds. Everything nice in the unit. Host helpful and great to deal with (there were no issues whatsoever)

New years at the beach

We arrived to find a cute, clean and incredibly located condo. We loved our strolls on the beach each morning and the deck led to some awesome times enjoying coffee and the view of the ocean. Lots of great restaurants and bars that are walkable and a trolley bus that would take you to Clearwater which sure beats the 40 dollar city parking fee they impose.
