Welcome to the hood! This quiet neighborhood is family oriented and quiet. It has plenty of walking paths right from the house to plenty of parks and nature areas. You will enjoy the wrap around deck, fire pit, and gourmet kitchen that includes Viking appliances including double gas oven, and gas stove. Retire the the master bed room with the attached master 5 pcs bathroom with soaking tub or stand alone rain shower. The other 2 bedrooms have their own space and one has its own private bathroom and entrance to the back patio with lounge chairs.
