Casual get-away with a dog

My husband and I took our very active springer for a road trip from NY to FL. The Intimate Cottage was a perfect place for us to rest for a couple of nights. It is small, casual, no-frills place, but has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Fully fenced yard with a water hose was a good amenity

Family visit

This cottage was excellent! We would definitely stay again and suggest to anyone looking to stay in West Palm Beach. Cottage was clean and very comfortable. In a great neighborhood and close to everything. It very much became a home away from home and we really didn't want to leave. Leonardo was very helpful throughout our stay and easy to get a hold of. It was wonderful!

My review

Property has dog hair under the bed. It wasn't cleaned too good. The smell was bad. It smelled like pee in the unit. No worth it at all.

Shante, family and dog stayed for 10days in my cottage. I would love to be able to upload the pictures I took when you guys left. None of this was mentioned to me at any point and I am not sure why did you stay whole time in such a “horrible” place / conditions. Cottage is always spotless before any guest, I personally walked the unit same day before check in for final touches. We had to charge you the pet fee for your dogs stay and extra cleaning for the bedsheets you guys stain/damage, Those sheets are in the trashcan. Also, you guys moved all the furniture from the original position and left everything out of place. The cleaning crew does charge me extra when things are very extra messy, and you guys nailed it. My advice for next time.is: DON’T EVER CHANGE POSITION OF FURNITURE AND MOVE THINGS AROUND IF IT’S NOT YOUR HOUSE.
