It's a calm area in proximity to all kinds of leisure activities, restaurants, parks, multiple bus routes, and located just on the other side of the bridge. It's the perfect location for visiting the city of Montreal and its surroundings, without being stuck in the loud and busy downtown area. Access to downtown is easy by car, bus, subway or even using the bike path that passes right in front. A large parking lot for multiple cars is provided and a BBQ on the back balcony is included for some tasty outside grilling.
