Just a short one block walk to the world famous Hollywood beach and broadwalk where you can walk, bike, skate, and enjoy all the beach has to offer including many world class restaraunts on the beach and intracoastal! Watch the yachts cruse by from the comfort of your living room or poolside and see spectacular sunsets over the intracoastal every day. Boat dock and covered parking space included!
