About this property

Step inside this beautiful and bright 2BR/2BA home featuring vaulted ceilings, a stack stone fireplace, wood flooring, marble-tiled bathrooms and in-unit laundry. Remodeled kitchen has new cabinetry and quartz countertops. Both bedrooms feature large walk-in closets. Just steps from the biking/walking paths along the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, canal banks, and popular Chaparral park and recreational area. Old Town Scottsdale with its shopping and fabulous restaurants is just minutes away.

The master bedroom has a king bed and desk for working as well as a comfy reading chair. It has a walk in closet and double sinks with a shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed as well as a couch that folds into another twin. Outside the second bedroom is a full bath. The kitchen is modern with Keurig coffee pot and pods, dishes, pots, pans, etc for an easy stay in and cook experience. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The condo features 3 TVs and a lovely patio with great seating. There is a dining table for meals and plenty of room to stretch out and relax!

Perfect in every way!

We loved this beautiful condo! Filled with every amenity we could possibly want or need. The pool and hot tub - divine! Close to all the great things to do in Old Scottsdale plus hiking galore! Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Location!!

We attended a weekend conference in Scottsdale and this condo was in the perfect location for us. The condo was open and welcoming! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We will be back!!
