Luxury Lake View Penthouse

This luxury penthouse gives directly onto the lake and has it all: sweeping, unobstructed 360° lake and mountain views, two separate balconies, direct access to the lake shore, and the very best quality furniture and fittings. As luxury rentals go, this unit is without rival in Bariloche.

Despite being just a few minutes walk from the centre and conveniently located on the main lake-side avenue, the apartment is quiet, peaceful and completely secluded.

The living room with its huge triple-aspect bay window resembles a private viewing platform. Guests are invited to gaze out over the lake as the sun rises over the Patagonian steppe and sets over the Andes. The balconies face east and west and are accessed via French doors, and provide the ideal spot to kick back and enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of Malbec at sunset. The mountains of Chile are visible in the distance.

The living room has a 37” LCD TV and DVD player, the bedrooms have king-size/twin beds with down duvets and soft cotton bedding, the well-equipped kitchen has granite surfaces and an espresso maker, and in the bathroom you’ll find a jacuzzi. Complimentary wifi is also included.

The property manager is a native English speaker and will be on hand both pre-departure and during your trip to ensure you get the most out of your visit to Bariloche, Argentina’s gateway to Patagonia.

The best apartament ever...

From all the places I've rented this is no doubt the best one!! The pictures show a good place, but it's way better when you get there... The view is just amazing... all the equipments are modern and you find everything you need to cook at home... The location couldn't be better... just a walking distance from everything you need. The beds are nice and cozy... Besides all that, Ashley is a great person that has everything ready for you and is always ready to help. I totally recommend this place. It's worth every cent of what you pay for it!

Penthouse with unforgetable view!

It was our first stay in Bariloche and we had such a great luck with this place. Wonderful. The description in the Internet was good, but the reality was much more better. The location is perfect, as it is only a few minutes walk to the centre. The appartment has very extensive equipments. Ashley provides us a warm welcome and explained everything necessary. He gaves us a lot of excellent and helpful recommendations. It was a great time, we spent there one week and it was every day nice to come "home" in the evening after treking tours. The appartment is a very good starting point to all adventures in and around Bariloche. If we ever will come back to Bariloche, it will be our first choice. We highly can recommend it!!!

Surpassed Expectations

This is a fabulous apartment. The views, location and furnishings are all excellent. The apartment is on the top floor of a building with fabulous views over the Lake from every direction. It is very modern with high end furnishings. Everything looks very new. You can seat 6 at the dining table! The apartment is a short walking distance from downtown and all of the shops and restaurants. It is on a busy road, but you cannot hear the traffic at all. It is a very quiet. The photos on the website are accurate but do not do the apartment justice. Ashley was fabulous and great to work with. He is there to help you. He even went to the immigration office to help us get a copy of the paper to show we had paid our reciprocity fee. You will love this apartment and the service by Ashley. We had dinner at Alto El Fuego and highly recommend it.
