My review is a bit mixed. Pros: good location, that was easily accessible. Hotel Lobby was very clean and welcoming and staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a slight mix up, with our room, which they corrected instantly, without question. Our room was impeccably clean, nicely decorated and furnished. When they say, pet friendly, they definitely mean it. Cons: we booked what we thought was a kitchenette room, which from my travels means full size fridge and cook top stove, along with some dishes and utensils. This kitchenette had a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a sink. Not exactly what I would call a kitchenette. The other issue was with parking. The hotel was packed. Parking at the hotel is inadequate, but there is an overflow area, across the street. However, parking was not monitored or enforced. Once the spots were all filled, people were simply parking anywhere, making driving through the parking lot, tenuous at best. While it’s not the hotels fault people don’t know how to park there was no instruction given at check in about the over flow lot, or that parking outside of spaces would result in vehicles being towed. That is on the hotel. One last item, the water pressure was inconsistent. Twice for each of us, we had the water pressure basically bottom out to not much more than a dribble. When I called about it, I was told they have issues with their pumps, and to give it 10 minutes. Not what you want to hear when you pay for a hotel and are trying to shower.
