The staff was super nice and the hotel was clean. Our water would randomly stop working and would not stay a consistent template when it was working. Aside from that it’s a pretty good hotel. We would stay there again if needed.
Cute lobby. Easy parking. Not too far from where we were going. It was what we needed for a last-minute stay in Nashville. Met our expectations, except the water stopped unexpectedly while taking a shower. Had to turn it off, then turn it back on again to get it flowing.
Absolutely will be back! The front desk staff were so amazing and welcoming, answered any questions we had, and were overall just wonderful! The cleanliness through out the hotel and the room were also great! LOVED laying in bed just watching the planes take off from the window, that was definitely a great bonus to the stay for all of us, especially the kiddos! Zero complaints at all!
The morning shift was amazing but the 3rd shift desk clerk was not… the hotel itself was beautiful but we left at 2:30 am after the clerk yelled at me and my family and was slamming doors and for over 20 mins refused to get me a manager! Although the GM was amazing and got me a full refund! Staff just needs trained better and better attitudes
Stayed (1) night while in town for a concert.Close to our event. Clean, comfortable, friendly.Shower pressure was strong. We have nothing negative about our visit
Good location. Room clean. However, with our one night stay, we discovered the next morning that the water in the shower did not work consistently. We essentially had to "sponge off" with the tub faucet. It did not work consistently either. Very disappointed that we could not take a decent shower before traveling home. I would recommend if staying here you check out the shower situation before settling in.
Make sure read details carefully because beds are very small especially for two adults. Other than that the room was nice. Only issue was house keeping. We asked for a refresh on day 3. Told them that we didn't need beds made, but could they sweep, trash, towels, and so on. Person picked up gathered towels in bathroom walking past the two empty toilet paper holders and full trash. Put new towels and washcloths on couch and emptied desk trash Had to go to the desk multiple times for Kleenex and toilet paper. No extra rolls were left and 5 people in the room. I ended up "sweeping" the tile since there were 4 females and needed hair swept up. Asked, but never happened.Second refresh was much better, but we did gather trash and towels by door.Very busy park and fly so most of the stay we were in the overflow parking diagonal from the hotel in an empty parking lot.
If I could give zero stars I would. When I booked, I agreed to pay “host fees”, taxes”, etc.and breakfast was “included”—all prepaid. When I checked in, I verified I was paid in full. I was told I was paid in full but needed to leave a credit card for incidentals. When I checked out, I got a surprise 15 per day charge for “hotel fees”. When I attempted to inquire with hotel staff, she was rude and dismissive and when I asked for her name, both she and her co-worker (Lucy) refused to give her name. Lucy was wearing a name badge, the other staff was not wearing a name badge. I went to my car to get my phone so I could get a photo of her so I could at least include a photo of who I spoke to when I complained. The lady climbed over the check out counter leaping at me trying to swat my phone out of my hands. I called the police. Her manager was called in. The local officer said because she didn’t touch me, she could not be charged. The officer confirmed their video showed her jumping across the front desk at me. The manager continued to allow this woman to work knowing she acted so inappropriately. Chris, the manager, continued to insist that I was informed of the fees in an “email” after I booked. I told him that is not how a contract works—there has to be an agreement at booking on the fees, not a unilateral email changing the terms after the booking already occurred on other terms. Chris refused to remove the charges. This is a special kind of fraud ripe for a class action.
