Originally from the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia, my wife Ashley and I ventured west to the Rocky Mountains in 2019 and fell in love. Not long after we started our search for a home so that we could visit more frequently and settled on Silverthorne as the perfect jumping off spot for everything Summit County, CO has to offer. Knowing we can't be there full time, we wanted to share our home with others who want to see all that this region has to offer!

Silverthorne is centrally located to the highest concentration of ski resorts, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, rock climbing and everything else that the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
What makes this property unique
Our home is conveniently located within minutes of I-70 and walkable to the Silverthorne Town Center, but also because of our rooftop deck we have amazing views of the Gore Mountain Range and the Blue River. It's really the best of both worlds!
