The complex is within a few minutes distance from the best restaurants and entertainment in Santa Ana, just a couple minutes from the highway which makes it easily accessible if you travel here for work or vacation. 1 h to the closest beach and 30 mim from the airport.

Use Uber or a taxi service. If you're driving a car I recommend to use WAZE application, works great!
You can walk to a grocery store, pharmacy and some restaurants.



Dear Guests, please follow House rules:

No parties or events allowed in the apartment nor in common areas.
No loud music allowed in the apartment nor in common areas.
No smoking allowed in the apartment and nowhere inside the condominium.
Pets are allowed - PLEASE FOLLOW RULES:
On arrival let your dog go on the grass before bringing it inside,
Dogs barking inside frequently or for extended periods is not acceptable and you must tell them to be quiet straight away. All dogs bark occasionally, including mine, but it is your responsibility to control your dog and ignoring them until they stop is not an option.
Bring a blanket for your dogs when sitting on the furniture.
The white towels in the bathroom are for humans only, there is an orange towel for dogs and muddy feet.
Please report any accidents so I can ensure they are cleaned up properly and do not encourage future guest’s dogs to pee there.
Dogs should be on a leash at all times when in the common areas inside the condominium.

Charming Stay in a Great Location

This small apartment complex in Santa Ana was perfect for our short stay. It's centrally located, close to grocery stores and other key spots, and very convenient to the airport. The unit had everything we needed—laundry facilities, air conditioning, and above all, it felt very secure. We’d definitely stay here again for another quick family trip.

The apartment is conveniently located close to the airport and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. There is a washer/dryer combo which was very useful upon retuning home. We spent most of our time outside of the property so we were unable to use the amenities such as the pool etc. but having them is definitely a plus. I also like the fact that the community is gated.

Condo was exact as promised. Everything you would need to have a great stay. Fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies ect. We loved the balcony, but we did not get to hang out on it because..the pool and clubhouse is amazing!!! We lived up there every other day. OMG the view of the entire valley was the best. I did not use the fitness center or co-working space. I lecture so I'm talking and I did not want to bug other people. We had a tight schedule so it was easier for us to remote work in the condo. We loved the birds and wildlife everywhere, the ground are well tended. OH! The best fried chicken joint is walking distance (Petote) SOOO Good!I highly recommend this condo if you have a small family looking to be in Costa Rica, but close to see the sites and natural beauty. My only things to be aware of is power does go out sometime, but that is a Costa Rica thing. I was just fine with my mobile data when this happened. I took it as a sign that I should stop working and go outside, which we did on more than a few occasions.
