This place was a gem! I enjoyed looking out over the pool. It had everything we needed and my nieces and nephews enjoyed the snack basket that was left. I am missing the bed already. All the rooms had tvs . Hope to come back and stay again SOON!!

Family vaca

This place was so clean and stocked with whatever we needed to cook. They also had a waffle maker with all the fixings. It was decorated beautifully and the hosts were great to us and responded in a timely manner. I would recommend this place and I will be staying here again. All the residents at the complex were so kind and friendly.

Another Great Stay!

We have stayed here before and once again had an amazing experience. We have access to the boat ramp and a place to tie our boat where we can see it from the condo. The place is well stocked and very comfortable and cozy. Thank you for another great stay!

Great Return Stay

This is our second stay at this property. We love the location as we have a boat at the marina. The condo is clean, well appointed and just feels peaceful. The hosts respond quickly to questions. We would be happy to stay here again!

Very nice place

Very clean. Nice and quiet area. Comfortable beds. Came down to spend Christmas with the kids. Had a great time cooking and spending time with family and friends. The only problem we had was the stairs(husband has bad knees) and not a big enough cookie sheet.

Birthday getaway

We rented the condo as an overnight for my daughter’s 21st birthday for her and a couple of girlfriends. It was a really enjoyable evening for them, and my daughter stated that she would even like to live there. It was such a nice place.

Perfect Quick Getaway

The condo is very clean with what appears to be brand new carpet and a nice view of the pool and lake. We were able to park our boat close by and use the private boat ramp. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Checkin was simple and easy. The location was perfect! It was close enough to stores and restaurants, but not so close to the business and noise of it all. For the property to be a condo, it was surprisingly quiet. We didn't hear any neighbors or people across the way. Enjoyed the view of the lake canal and pool from the porch and living area. The property was very beautifully decorated and more spacious than we originally anticipated! We received such a warm welcoming with the little touches that were done.  When we walked in, the air conditioning was already set (not like some hotels or homes we've stayed in), electric candles were lite, and a handwritten message was left on the counter. We loved that there were water bottles and snacks left for us, especially after such a long day of running errands and traveling. Playing cards were a bonus as well. The kids played Go Fish and Slapjack while we finished unpacking. The hosts always responded very quickly to our messages before and after our stay. They went above and beyond working with us throughout it all. Thank you again!

Could use some maintenance: no light bulb in lamp downstairs; upstairs bathroom light fixture was flickering & would smell heated (did speak with owner & he was trying to get someone to repair); shower curtain in downstairs bathroom was mildewy & could use washing/bleaching or replacing; cabinet & dresser drawers were difficult to slide open or shut. Overall, it was clean & comfortable, a/c worked well, location was convenient to the places we were wanting to go to.

This property is clean and well maintained. It’s centrally located with restaurants and shopping all less than 5 minutes away. Check in was easy. The pool is nice and the green space is beautiful. We sat on the dock and watched sunset. It was a nice getaway.
