- These are TWO separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old;

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$29.49/night/per unit and check-in fee of $52.36 per reservation will be collected, these are not included in the daily rate.

- From June 16 through the end of the month, we will be conducting interior fiber optic upgrades in all units, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Each unit will require 2–3 hours of access, supervised by our team. If your stay is affected, our front desk will inform you at check-in.
