The home is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood near a golf course and just down the street from the Rip Curl store. A bar located across the street offers a fun option for music and drinks if you’re looking for a night out.

****Please note: The home is located NEXT to the I-5 freeway, which provides convenient access to surrounding areas but may result in some traffic noise.

Many nearby hotels and vacation rentals are located on this same street.

Late checkout without approval: $50 fee

Furniture and décor must be returned to original placement (rearranging fee $150)
