Very nice spot!

So quiet and relaxing. Back porch gets sun all day. Grocery and fresh seafood markets close by. Beds are very comfortable.

Nice location. House suited our needs.

The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was set on the water and located near amenities for our stay. The house itself was a good size with three bedrooms and 2 baths. Unfortunately, the house had not been cleaned by the cleaning service requiring us to do so before we settled in for the stay. Andrea, the owner was very pleasant to work with and did address the issues, so kudos to her! As others have mentioned, I'd suggest adding a full linen set to the beds and add some additional kitchen items to round out the house. Overall, my brother and I enjoyed our stay and the surround area and the house was ideal for our visit to Florida.

Villa Andrea

Beautiful brand-new home with subtle Italian touches. Andrea was very helpful and responsive. Provided great restaurant suggestions. Beds were very comfortable! Seems to need some complete bed linens sets. We had to make up the twin beds and made do with what we had. Could have used some washcloths, but again made do. The biggest challenge was inability to access the VRBO app, which had nothing to do with the host or Villa Andrea. Circumstances of our time there did not allow for enjoying the back patio and view of the channel, but I'd highly recommend it. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Andrea!
