We know you’ll love our house! Just Renovated and decorated for maximum enjoyment and comfort.

New 85 inch Roku 4k TV in living room. Brand new furniture, beds, mattresses, etc.

Relax in the completely private backyard with Pool and large deck in back that has covered and non covered area.

2 Master suites with king beds. 1 room with twin beds, 1 room with King Bed

We are super hosts and would love to help in any way we can.

No parties.

No guests not on list without permission.
Must be quiet after 10pm to respect neighbors.
Be safe around pool and Treat pool with care and don’t run around pool area.

No smoking anywhere on the property including all indoor and outdoor areas.

Beautiful home! This house is great for a large family. The two indoor living spaces are SUPER NICE for spreading out and entertaining. The home is beautifully updated with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen with nice appliances, 3 very nice bathrooms, and a fantastic outdoor living space that has something to offer for every age group! The home and property were extremely clean and well maintained. The fenced in backyard was the perfect space for our family dog. The house is located near restaurants, shopping, Costco and downtown Augusta. Easy access to all you would need. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to emails.
