House looked very nice and had 4 large beds and 2 couches in the living areas. Photos did not disappoint. Space is nice and WiFi is good (phone service is bad in this area). However, there are very few supplies, toiletries, cooking ware, etc. available in the house. If you plan to cook anything or be comfortable, bring your own supplies! You can tell nobody actually lives here and that it's a dedicated barebones rental home. There are also parts of the house that are falling apart and need repair...

Comfortable & Safe Home

Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and safe neighborhood. Some things could have been cleaner. The backyard is overgrown and not like the photo.

The house was not clean. It had a strange musty mildew smell throughout the house. Door handles were falling off (the main door and the downstairs bedroom. You could tell they tried gluing the main door handle on prior). The washer and dryer were not clean, they were filthy inside the drum and vents. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms. Hair was in the sink and showers, and on beds.The dishwasher had soap residue/calcium build up. The ice maker was unusable because it was clogged with solid ice that had mold embedded in it. The downstairs windows were shut tight, unable to open them. The tea kettle had mold inside, again could not use it. The mattress in the master had two big urine stains and hair when we took the bedding off. The light plugs throughout the house were loose and would not hold the plugs. The thermostat barely worked.
