Ten minutes from the National Park & its also amazing trails & preserves. Located in a quiet suburb of Valparaiso, just moments from the beloved university & the thriving downtown social hub flourishing with fun, food, & festivities. The South Shore train station is also close by for jaunts to Chicago & the plethora of Lake Michigan shoreline amenities.

Very comfortable place in the perfect area for us, while visiting family! Very clean, soft beds, and plenty of space for our family of 5. Our kids really enjoyed having the games to play, when they woke up early. Thank you so much for a great place to stay!

We loved our stay at the Cheerful, charming, super comfy 2BR 2Bath Condo in Indiana. It was so easy to get to and allowed for easy access to Indiana Dunes National Park. The condo was super clean, comfortable and spacious. Our family was able to spread out and relax and there were some board games we enjoyed playing. The host was especially nice and responsive. Our overall experience was excellent. I would not hesitate to refer someone to this rental.

This was exactly what we wanted. We needed a place that slept 6, with two bathrooms, which can be hard to find. Everyone slept comfortably, even the people who slept on the pullout sofa. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Overall a very positive experience!

First off I would like to say that Teresa was a wonderful host – she gave us current, accurate information, and instructions to make our trip go smooth. The rental was just as advertised. It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The location was perfect for everywhere that we wanted to go. We will definitely check to see if this is available the next time we are going to be in the area.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property. It was well stocked and the beds/appliances were very nice. We had severe weather so it was nice to be able to park in the garage and be able to do our laundry before we left.
