Windancer 202-

It's time to treat yourself and choose a unit that's made the upgrades you want and the views you deserve. Unit 202 has tile floors, granite counters, an updated kitchen, renovated shower, relaxing beach decor, and so much more.

This second floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people desire. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

The condo was just perfect to see the beautiful beach and ocean all day long. It's an easy, quick walk to the beach and having beach chairs and an umbrella set up for us every day was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was extraordinarily stocked with everything you would need..and more! The only thing we could have used, particularly when flying to your destination, were beach towels. We have had them at other rentals but we had to go out and buy some to use. Would be a nice touch to have some available.

Just right!

We love this smaller condominium and our condo was just what we wanted! It was clean, easy to get in, property manager was responsive, and had all the cooking utensils we needed. The beach service was top notch especially when Aiden was working! Alex, our property manager, was reaching out periodically through the week making sure we were still doing good. Will be coming back, for sure! It’s not a super crowded beach so that is a huge plus to my family!

Comfy and sweet

We stayed just 3 nights and didn’t really cook. I just wanted to be comfortable and close to the beach for easy back and forth with a baby. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. All very nice and clean. Nicely updated. We felt comfortable. Zero complaints and would definitely stay again in the future. Beach service was a huge bonus and reason for our booking. View was beautiful.

We loved our stay at the Windancer 202. The view off the balcony was beautiful. We love the small complex not a lot of people. It was very clean. And it was close to everything. The beach was beautiful! It was so nice to have beach service chairs/umbrella. We will definitely be back!

The place was meh, it was dirty on the walls annd doors and the bathrooms and air smelled moldy and mildew like. They say they have 1 king bed and a pull out couch. The king bed was okay it was lumpy and hard. The pull out couch doesn’t even count as a bed it’s like sleeping on springs and a bar in your back. We are sore from the beds. The only great thing about the place was the pool and that you have a beach view and can go right out to the water. It’s right by the stairs so expect to hear every time someone is clunking up or down stairs. Also the last two nights we had people banging and stomping above us.

Wonderful condo!

We have stayed at this complex a few times before and this stay was by far the best! This unit has been beautifully renovated and is full of thoughtful touches throughout. This unit is right at the stairwell which was also convenient. The beach was beautiful and not at all crowded, no problems obtaining the included beach chairs and umbrella. Nice Polywood furniture on balcony. I received texts checking on how everything was going. I highly recommend this condo!

The location was great and had many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was we had someone in the condo above us in 302 playing very loud music and chain smoking cigarettes every night on their balcony but that does not go against our review for 202. It was amazing and we already can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Vacation

I cannot say enough about 202 Windancer! The condo was perfect in every way. It was immaculate in cleanliness and was very well stocked with all the basic necessities. Donna with the management company was amazing. She reached out to us before we arrived to make sure we had our codes and checked on us multiple times during the week to make sure we were having a great vacation! The beach chair service was OUTSTANDING as well! We absolutely loved everything about this vacation and Windancer 202 was the perfect choice for us! Can’t wait to book again! 5 Stars!!!!!
