We spoke to guest about blinds in master. Explained they were custom blinds that had been ordered, but unfortunately hadn't arrived in time for stay. Sent repair man over to offer any solution possible as guest was unhappy with appearance. New blinds arrived following week. Were replaced immediately. Repair man also repaired a toilet roll pulled off wall by guest and restored functionality to fan that was reported. No previously reported issues with internet. Maybe temporary issue with provider. Guest made no mention during stay. Carpets are white and professionally cleaned every 1-2 months. Occasionally old stains re-appear between cleanings. Jacuzzi jets do work normally but because of distance from pool equipment, don’t show big bubbles. The “volleyball” area was never advertised or listed as amenity. A previous guest had put up net and we left up for future guests to enjoy but since this complaint, have now removed net entirely. We have sent repair man to check all door knobs throughout and tighten or replace if necessary, he addressed loose thermostat on master wall. house was thoroughly inspected for loose or damaged baseboards and only found one small baseboard in the garage by exit side door, it was replaced. window hand crank has been repaired. Most of this guests complaints were discussed in their review and not addressed with us directly. Had we known in advance, we would have made accommodations for them. No complaints from subsequent guests

I apologize you didn’t have the experience you hoped for. We always take pride in welcoming our guests into a clean and lovely home. For that reason we use a reputable local cleaning company, same as many other rentals in this area, and this is not a complaint we have received from previous guests. The white carpeting in the house is subject to stains throughout your stay but we ensure it’s steam cleaned quarterly and maintained as needed. We immediately sent our handyman to address the issues you presented to us after your stay, although some of the issues he was unable to locate or replicate. Ie: the fridge ice machine is turned off as there is a commercial ice machine in the outdoor kitchen, we couldn’t find any outlets that didn’t work, but the house has so many it is possible he missed one. It is a large house with 30ft ceilings and two dozen smoke alarms, we do apologize for the chirping but we appreciate you notifying us so that we were able to fix it immediately during your stay. The painter lights on the patio are indeed unsightly, but they do come in handy when playing volleyball after dark! Unfortunately we are no longer providing welcome baskets at this time. However, all guests are provided coffee, creamer, bathroom products, kitchen essentials, and other basic necessities and we will always do our best to accommodate any additional requests in a timely manner.
