Additional information:

• We kindly ask that you do not bring pets. We would like to keep it free from allergens for renters who may have allergies.

• NO SMOKING is allowed in or around the trailer.

• When requesting to rent, please send us a message telling us about yourself, who will be joining you on your trip, and what your destination will be.

• We have a cleaning fee that will cover the time and supplies to clean and sanitize the inside of the trailer as well as the linens. We kindly ask that you leave our trailer in good, clean condition (e.g. wash the cookware used, empty your trash prior to your departure.)

• Our trailer is intended for families looking to make memories and have a good time. We are looking for renters who plan to keep it in good condition so we can continuing using it for many years!

Other things to note
We will deliver the trailer to your campground of choice once you provide us with your campsite location and booking information. If we are delivering or picking up on a weekday (Monday - Friday) we can only guarantee delivery after 5:30 p.m. You will be responsible for making all arrangements with the rangers/managers at your campsite/RV resort. We are more flexible with delivery times on the weekends!

We offer free delivery and set-up to any location with full hook-ups within 20 miles of our home in Nipomo; delivery beyond 20 miles will be subject to a delivery charge. We offer free delivery to the following locations:

At the time of delivery, we will provide you with an orientation to show you the safe and proper use of the trailer and its features. Additionally, the orientation will provide a summary of the campground rules and prohibited uses of the trailer.
