We had a wonderful stay here with our dog. We chose this place due to its central location and proximity to things to do in the evening after a long day of hiking. As a bonus, were pleased to find that the neighborhood is very dog-friendly. The hosts were very responsive, although we didn’t need to bother them much because the place had everything we needed and more.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was a cute place that had everything we needed. Unfortunately I can’t give it 5 stars as I would want to because we were locked out when we arrived because we were given the wrong code. It was late at night and we had to call VRBO.

The property was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils. The property is conveniently located in Capitol Hill and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host responded immediately to me when I had a question. This is my 4th stay in the Capitol Hill section of Denver, and this is by far the nicest property I have rented. You must be able to climb stairs to stay at this property,

Cute treehouse in a great neighborhood, close to big-city adventures

We loved how well stocked the kitchen was, taking our dog for walks in the beautiful, residential neighborhood (the governors residence was a few blocks), and being so close to coors field (15 min uber at prime time), venues on Colfax, & the botanic gardens (5 min drive). It was a great little spot to use as home base for Denver adventures, & we would absolutely stay here again.
