I’m really sorry to hear you didn’t feel your stay was a 5 star. We really strive to have all our guests feel it was a 5 star. You didn’t mention anything was wrong so we would love to hear what we could have done better.

Great property!!

Given that my party and I only stayed for one night we were still thrilled with the overall experience of the place provided! Very welcoming and honestly the easiest check in process I’ve had to go through. Would definitely recommend this host to any future guests!

Beautiful!

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Walking distance to 2 beaches. We could only stay for one night but would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Very happy with our stay!

Super easy transaction—booking, communication, and checkout were all smooth. The place was clean, nicely set up, and in a great location. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where the kids could bike around, and just a block from the beach. I’d definitely stay again, which says a lot. Only thing is it could use a few more pots and pans, but overall, very happy.

We had an excellent stay. The property was very clean with plenty of space for all of us. The house is in great location as well. Far enough away from the business of Hampton Beach, but close enough if that’s what you’re in the mood for. The neighborhood was excellent as well. Nice and quiet in the evening with just a short walk to the beach (the provided beach cart was very helpful). The locals in the neighborhood were also very friendly. I would highly recommend Seaside Shanty!

Clean cute house in quiet beach community neighborhood. Accommodating re parking. Walkable, yes, but not as close to downtown Hampton Beach as expected. Still manageable though.

Great stay! Everything we needed and the host was very communicative and available when needed. Just know there is only one AC unit in the whole place, which does work very well. Just good to know going in that the bedrooms don't have one. If you are able to leave the doors open, it stays cool but if you have to close them then it can warm up. Overall we still loved the place and location and would love to stay again!

Seaside shanty was perfect for a nice getaway for my husband and me.The condo was well cleaned and furnished. Although the kitchen could use a lobster pot. Front deck was fantastic for morning coffee and evening cocktails. (Could get quite warm though after the sun came up but by evening was refreshing.)The location was perfect for day trips to Maine, White Mt. and of course the beach. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from as well.Manny was a pleasant host and although we didn't need him for anything, you just knew he'd respond quickly. One suggestion would be to place a carpet runner inside the door. The night we got there it was raining and hated to track water and dirt in on our first day. All in all a very enjoyable week. Thank you!
