Brand new chic Art Deco infused decor inspiring a relaxing beach vacation with all the five star hotel comfort: white goose down and organic beddings, outdoor seating and chef ready kitchen.

NO pets, no exceptions. Absolutely NO SMOKING INDOORS or OUTDOORS. **If you are a smoker, kindly, do NOT consider staying here.

1 Extra large master King bed with large screen TV, a private bathroom with luxurious soaking tub and separate shower, 2 closets (1 walk-in); 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds; and 1 bedroom with another King bed and TV. A shared bathroom with shower for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Large chef`s ready, stocked, high end kitchen with gas cooktop, dining area and a large living room; additional sitting area/room with foosball table. There is a private front patio with very comfortable chairs, a hammock with water fountain ambiance as well as another private outdoor patio with full size dining table, umbrella and comfortable lounge chairs. Entire outdoor space is surrounded by mature palm trees creating a relaxing oasis to kick back and watch palm trees sway from side to side in the warm breeze.

Plenty of space to spread out. Pocket door for 2 rooms helped with a quiet zone. Backyard was wonderful for outside meals. Location was great. Easy walk to Atlantic Ave and drive to anywhere

Great Stay. The house is as described. Beds are comfy & house is clean and well equipped. It is technically walking distance to shops & beach but at 1 mile not ideal when carrying beach gear in sandals. Neighborhood was safe, older, but definitely going through changes( positive).

Short version:I would not stay here again. During my stay, I experienced repeated pest issues, extremely poor water pressure, and significant overnight noise from nearby trains.Long version:Hospitality / Customer Service:I sent a booking request that included a message asking about a possible discount, rather than sending a message separately. The host accepted the booking without any response. While that is within his rights, it set the tone for the stay. When I later mentioned it, his response was essentially that he was not required to reply because it was a booking request. That interaction shaped my expectations for communication going forward.Positive Note:The house itself is nicely decorated and furnished, and at first glance it presents well.Pests:Upon arrival, I found a dead cockroach in the kitchen. Shortly after cleaning it up, another cockroach came out from under the sink. Throughout the stay, I also encountered multiple dead and live flies in the bathroom. In my experience, this was not an isolated incident and affected the overall cleanliness and comfort of the property.Water Pressure:The water pressure in the bathroom sinks and showers was extremely low during my stay. Showering and even basic tasks like brushing teeth took much longer than normal and were frustrating. For me, this significantly impacted the usability of the bathroom.Noise:The home is located very close to an active train track and crossing. Trains pass frequently, including

you sent a request to book with cc and personal info and we booked it. you reached out after 5 days saying we didn't answer and it was just a question. you complained that water Presure was awful but all shower heads were set between modes. we tested and got strong Presure. I think you just looked for complaining retaliatory review.
