Was a great stay and homeowner was super helpful every time she was needed. Thank you so much !! Would 100% book again . Also the local marina pulled up to house to pick us up on our boat so was incredibly convenient .

This was a great find! Slept our group comfortably and was very clean. Close proximity to different marinas. Outdoor area and sunroom were a hit! Tons of information easily provided by host and host was readily available for any questions although we had zero issues during our stay!

Jackie was a great host who was accessible and responsive. This property is amazing. The house is incredibly charming with great indoor and outdoor seating for large dinners. There is a main house with a downstairs bunk room and two upstairs room. Attached to the main house is a great sun room that looks out over the lake. The property also features the "casita" which is a one bed one bath pool house that sits off the main outdoor area. The pool was great, with good sun exposure all day. Beside the pool the is a pavilion that was a great spot to host dinner. Location wise it is walking distance from the Paradise Cove Marina where we were able to get dropped off by our boat rental and then pick up our jet ski rentals the following day.

Great family place

We had an absolutely phenomenal time at The Cottage! Photos don’t do the property justice — it’s truly a dream. We appreciated how well appointed the home was and were incredibly grateful for the hosts flexibility with check-in/ check-out times. The house is just next to the marina, which makes a boat day on Lake Travis a breeze! Highly recommend The Cottage and hope to visit again soon!

This house was perfect for my bachelorette weekend. The perfect amount of space and such a cozy home. It was so nice to be right on the lake and have the pool. We were able to walk to the marina since we rented a boat for a day. Jackie was so responsive whenever I had to contact her, which was only once!

This is the 2nd time we stay and the cottage . Lovely property , clean and well maintained . Jackie the property manager was so helpful and professional and collaborative.

The Vrbo property is beautiful and has a great location. The host was also an excellent communicator that facilitated a smooth booking and worked diligently to resolve the issues we encountered while staying at the property.Unfortunately, we had a series of issues that prevented our stay from being 5 stars.When our group checked in at 4:40 pm, the house had not been cleaned after the prior guests checked out. All beds were unmade with dirty sheets, dirty towels on the ground in each bathroom, counters dirty, and trash in trash cans inside the house from the previous guests. The second night there was heavy rainfall and about a quarter of the floor was covered in water. The pool light was not functional which made it difficult to swim in the pool after dark.The host did everything they could to fix the concerns in the moment and are much appreciated. I do recommend the owner have the casita checked for drainage concerns and possible mold as well as fixing the pool light.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your kind comments about the home and my communication. I sincerely apologize that the home wasn't ready when you arrived. That is not the experience I want any guest to have. As soon as I learned the cleaning crew had missed the turnover, I immediately had them return, and the home was completely cleaned within four hours. I also refunded your entire cleaning fee because I felt that was the right thing to do. The heavy rain during your stay also revealed a drainage issue in the casita that had never occurred before. Since then, we've had the area evaluated and addressed the problem. The pool light has also been repaired. I truly appreciate your patience while we worked through these unexpected issues. While I can't promise that something unexpected will never happen, I can promise that I will always respond quickly, communicate honestly, and do everything I can to make things right. I care deeply about my guests' experience, and I hope it shows in the way I handle situations when they arise.
