Pelican Place Cottages is a peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing beach vacation. You're just 100' from the direct beach access and pedestrian crosswalk to our sugary sand beaches and a short drive to local favorite restaurants and attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Lovely stay!

Wish we could have enjoyed more time at the property! We were down for our daughter to play softball, so gone quite a bit but the decor was lovely, everything was as described and very quiet for us to rest. Will definitely consider booking again for our next visit.

The property is new and clean. The kitchen is great, plenty of cookware and appliances (including an air fryer) but no left over seasonings and coffee, be prepared. Beds were VERY comfortable. There are beach supplies including a couple of carts and some chairs and sand toys, which was very appreciated. Beach Access is right across the street. We will definitely consider staying again.

We loved everything about this property. Awesome location. Loved the swings and table in garage area. Was a nice hangout for kids when they wanted to get away from the parents. It could use some hooks in the bathrooms for wet towels and bathing suits and maybe an additional side table next to beds. We will book again!! No negatives. Easy and short walk to beach access.
