We are crushing on this up-to-the-minute, modern/rustic remodel at the Sports Village Resort! If you enjoy going on vacation & staying in something as nice (or maybe even a little bit nicer) as your own home then you have found the right place!

With all brand new furnitures & bedding, you are going to want to extend your reservation an extra day or 2...so plan ahead! We've got a PURPLE mattress - king size bed in the master bedroom. Bedroom 2 is cozy but totally adequate with 3 twin beds. Yes, a twin over twin BUNK with 1 twin trundle. Bringing someone who doesn't want to sleep on the trundle - that's totally fine. The sectional sofa opens to a FULL SIZE bed as well. We have all the bedding you will need - you are always welcome to bring your favorite pillow/blankets to make it feel just like home.

​​​​​​​The TV's are SMART-TV's - this means you need to login to your own accounts like Netflix, Disney+, etc. The living room TV has AT&T cable - local channels etc. The bedroom TV has "Hulu Live". We will leave instructions on how to use these.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and all other utensils you need to create and serve your favorite family meals. Enjoy the opportunity to "eat-in" instead of fighting the crowds/teams/ when eating out! We have seating for 6 at the kitchen counter as well as patio seating.

The bedrooms and bathroom are lined with fresh clean linens, are fully stocked with paper products, and towels. Just bring your own laundry soap & use the washer/dryer for packing light!!
Also - a comfortable patio off the bedroom! All the comforts of home on a small scale. (There are no private BBQ's at Sports Village - the HOA does NOT allow those. You are welcome to use the Charcoal grills provided at the Clubhouse.) The condo is right outside the playground & walking distance to the Clubhouse and amenities. Again - a PERFECT condo for an affordable getaway to "Sunny St George"!

PARKING: There is free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV's. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. The Clubhouse is open until 10pm.
