I had a horrible experience, after making the reservation online, I sent a message to confirm the accessibility of the room, I received a confirmation. Upon arrival to VA I called the place directly and again they confirmed. Beside the fact that was nothing accessible about the room, not the bathroom not the counters or ANYTHING beside the front door, the “studio” had a funky smell, I mean unbearable the “sofa bed” did not open. we could hear anything and everything, if you know what I mean, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kara the assistant manager was very attentive and promise me that she would bring up the issue to others. VRBO was a nightmare to deal with. Today is Monday and currently I am on the phone trying to get one night that I did not stay refunded, so far the only thing I see is another charge, the phone calls are long - over 25 minutes, I can’t get this issued resolved, it is very frustrating, I would not recommend VRBO. Get yourself a hotel room and save the headache.
