Clean room, beautiful, well kept grounds, excellent location, great breakfast with a good variety, and close to downtown, but off the beaten path, so it's very quiet. Didn't use the pool, but the spa was great! No complaints, would definitely stay again.

Property was located in the great area, close to lakes and hike spots. Room was not very clean, carpets were very dirty and smell inside the room was not very pleasant. AC was very loud and didn't get much sleep because of it. Front desk was very professional, breakfast selectin was very good. Overall, it was good experience, there is some room for improvement for the host.

Business trip to Flagstaff

The property was very clean and well maintained. It is also very well located with easy access to all areas in and around Flagstaff. Devon, the young lady behind the desk, was very helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants and site seeing.

We will stay again

Got a studio and was upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Check in was easy and staff was courteous. Continental breakfast. When we come back to Flagstaff we will stay again.

This was a great location for my activities. The room was clean and quiet. The property was well maintained. The breakfast selection was great and tasty. Only negative- the little sofa in the room had been so badly damaged by what looks like cat scratching. It was a little off putting to sit there.

When we checked in the process was fine. We got into our room and it smelled awful. A mix of sweat, mildew, pet dander, and urine. We had to run to our plans so we spoke to the front desk who apologized and told us we could move rooms. It was very easy for us to move and our second room was just fine. The value for the money was not amazing but we were in a touristy town during a music festival weekend, so. The visit overall was fine, but I’d probably look at other options first.
