Gas fireplace in living room, large well-appointed kitchen with travertine and granite accents, farm sink plus additional prep-sink for easy meal making! Master bedroom boasts lovely attached bath w/marble and tile accents and a beautiful vanity area. 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath provide plenty of room for all.

Plus, for those in your group who may enjoy a bit more privacy, the lower attached guest cottage provides an additional master bedroom and attached bath, sitting area w/sofa bed, mini kitchenette,laundry, flickering electric firplace and garden patio!

Enjoy the sun setting over the water with a glass of wine by the cozy outdoor firepit. A perfect spot for viewing the seasonal Seaworld fireworks show as well! Gorgeous,large yard w/mature fruit trees and cascading grapevines overhead!

This property was perfect for our needs. We were visiting SD for Comicon and the house had plenty of space for two families and was a quick Uber to downtown and the airport. The house sits on a hill overlooking the bay and there are great views of the fireworks show at SeaWorld. The owner was very attentive and checked in frequently to ensure we had a positive experience. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay again on visits to SD!
