Owning this cottage has allowed us to share a really special property with others, while helping with the costs associated with a vacation property. My wife and I clean and maintain the cottage ourselves and are there to meet our guests when they arrive. Prior to 1995 Kathy and I with our 2 children rented this cottage for many years before purchasing the property.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
