Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
To avoid additional and unnecessary charges. Please be respectful of our home. - Maintain a clean environment as extensive cleaning, damage, or missing item will incur extra charges.
- Put the trash in the Port St Lucie marked garbage bins on the right side of the house.
- Clean up after any pets. - DO NOT TOUCH POOL EQUIPMENT as you’ll be held LIABLE for any damages to it. - Close all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dear -------- guest, We hope you will enjoy your stay! Please refrain from using soap in the pool.
If the pool is used by your pet, there will be an additional charge of $100 for any extra cleaning required.
No Smoking Inside - If you have to smoke, please do it outside by the pool area.
