Welcome to our luxurious 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spot located in the heart of Los Angeles (Beverly Grove). This stunning property boasts sleek and modern design throughout, creating an atmosphere of sophistication and elegance.

As you enter the listing, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright living room, complete with comfortable seating, comfortable furniture, and stylish lighting. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly into the entertainment lounge, which features a big screen TV perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a movie night. Bathrooms are fully upgraded and covered with designer tiles.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a gas range, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Beautiful countertops and ample storage space make meal prep and cooking a breeze.

This spacious 3000 square foot house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all 3 bedrooms have queen size beds, and 2 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. 3rd Bedroom has a private bathroom, but it is outside of the bedroom.

Other amenities include high-speed internet, air conditioning, big screen smart TV, and high-end washer, and dryer for your convenience.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located in the middle of the city and in the heart of Beverly Grove neighborhood.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
The entire place is fully furnished. It has a full kitchen with amenities, including stainless-steel appliances. The listing is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more.

There are bath towels and extra blankets. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Parking Information:
Please note that you will require a parking permit to park on the street. I do provide two permits per stay, which is good for two cars, which you will need to hang from the rear-view mirror in your car at all times.

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect distance for all the places we needed to go without having to use a ride share. The weather was amazing and great for walking every where. Location was great, nice neighborhood, I walked to The Grove and it took me just 15-20 minutes to get there. On my way was a CVS, whole food and Trader Joe’s. The house was beautiful and spacious. There is some traffic noise but tolerable, beds were comfortable and every room had its own bathroom. Kitchen was equipped with basic supply that needed some upgrades. We didn’t cook much, just once. The host was friendly and easy to reach. Overall great experience and would consider coming back.

Spacious home in a great location in LA

The neighborhood feels very safe and walkable. There are attractions like the LACMA, automobile museum, and the Grove, all within walking distance. The three bathrooms were clean. Beds are comfortable. It can get a bit noisy during the day, starting very early in the morning. It is next to a semi-busy road and this is LA, so beware if you are sensitive to noise. Otherwise, our family of 5 had a great time staying here.

The best accommodation in town

We enjoyed our stay at this fabulous place. The location was excellent, it was walking distance to Grove and LACMA and a short distance to all Beverly Hills site scene. The house is very luxurious, beautifully furnished, spacious, and super comfortable. The house overlooks the street, so we felt lively right at the heart of Beverly Hills city life. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, bathrooms were elegant, and the entrance staircase was iconic. The host was super welcoming and met us at the property for our check-in, and gave us good tips about the local restaurants, site scene, and parking information. We highly recommend this place and its location. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect for what we needed

Our group consisted of my in-laws (80+ yrs), and two of their children and spouses (60+ yrs). There were stairs to get to the main floor, but the living area is all on one level, which was good for our older group. The house was large with plenty of room for all of us. The host was very accommodating in meeting us for check-in. He told us where to find grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to many things. I would highly recommend this property.

A Beverly Grove gem sure to satisfy all your local and tourists needs. For a family of five traveling from across the globe, we could not be more pleased by how quick and easy the check in process was. The great experience at this home continued to surprise and satisfy the entire family long after check in. Not one person felt uncomfortable or uncertain about the home. The spacious living room, large kitchen, cozy dining area, and large bedrooms reveal the property’s true value - comfort. If you seek more than comfort, look no further. Simply step outside and realize the luxury of convenience. A nice neighborhood walk gets you to a variety of fine and casual dining, The Grove, Original Farmers Market, and museums such as The Petersen Automotive Museum and The LA County Museum of Art. Jump in a car or on a bike or skate board and take a short stroll to Hollywood Blvd or Beverly Hills. Top off your stay by taking in all the charm the home and neighborhood offers. Enjoy evening walks around the neighborhood and even experience Miracle Mile at night all while feeling safe. We stayed at this fantastic house for 3 days. The house was spacious with 3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was upscale and clean. Attention to details is in every corner of this house. The bathrooms and kitchen were stylish, and the living room had amazing stylish furniture. The bedrooms were super comfortable, and each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was great for our big family. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing a meal, and it was open space concept and fancy. The host was nice to meet us in-person at the check-in with a warm welcome and a few tips for places to visit and he texted us the check-in instructions ahead of time. The house overlooks the street and it’s on the second floor, so we felt like we were in the middle of the big city and walkable to many nearby destinations and good restaurants. Location-wise, it was a true gem. The Grove mall and shopping were less than a 10 minutes’ walk. The location was only a few minutes away from all the Beverly Hills sight scenes. Book with confidence, highly recommended for anyone who would like to experience city life and meanwhile be close to the most LA attractive areas. We will be back!
