Pool and Lanai 🏝️🏊‍♀️
The backyard offers a large secluded pool surrounded by trees, tropical flowers & plants. Travertine pool decking completely encircles the pool which includes an outdoor dining area with sun loungers. Attached to the house is a covered lanai with an outdoor seating area. Inside the lanai is also a four-person hot tub.

House Layout 🏠
This full single-family home is a beautiful contemporary open layout. There are granite countertops & stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. Throughout the rest of the home, there is hardwood flooring including a large living room, separate dining room, and three bedrooms. Tile flooring is in both bathrooms and the lanai / hot tub areas are tiled with travertine.

Kitchen 🍳
Stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, 12 cup drip coffee maker & Keurig machine, toaster, and microwave. The kitchen comes with basic pots and pans, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, and cooking utensils.

Living Room 🛋️
Standard size fabric covered sofa & matching ottoman, leather arm chair, and 55" TV with available streaming services. Onkyo surround-sound system will enhance your entertainment experience.

Bedrooms 😴🛏
Master Bedroom - Located on the east side of the house & attached to a cabana bathroom with private access to the pool and lanai. This bedroom includes a queen-size bed, two dressers with mirror, and a bookshelf on each side of the bed. This room also includes a large closet

2nd Bedroom - Includes queen size bed, 32” wall-mounted TV with RoKu (streaming services available), a small desk & chair which serves as a nightstand, and a modern-style shelf for storage. This room also includes a standard closet.

3rd Bedroom - Located next door to the 2nd bedroom and includes a futon which folds into a double bed. There is a built-in wooden desk for remote work as well as a WiFi-enabled printer.

For Remote Work 📶💻
There are two desks available for remote work. The first is a built-in wooden desk located inside bedroom 3, and the 2nd is a credenza-style desk located in a common area of the home.

Exclusive Guest Use
The entire house & pool area. House includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, 2 dedicated remote work spaces, living room, dining room, lanai, washer / dryer, & hot tub. Guests will also enjoy exclusive use of the heated pool, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and stainless-steel propane grill.

Caretaker Access
Your privacy is always a top priority while maintaining the grounds of a 5-star property. To those ends, a caretaker / host are sometimes on-site in a separate dwelling which utilizes the east gate entrance. The eastern edge of the property between the house and fence as well as the very back portion of the lot are reserved for caretaker / host use as well as for routine maintenance operations. These areas are separated from the house and pool by bamboo fencing & are clearly marked for maintenance use only.

Other Things to Note
Upon initial arrival, we welcome our guests in person whenever possible. This seems to work best to answer any questions you may have as well as to provide access.

The pool is heated for year-round enjoyment. Water temperature is permanently set to a minimum of 83 degrees.
