I have always lived less than an hour from the Atlantic Ocean. I was thrilled to have gotten our place in Palm Coast, FL just a few minutes from the beach on a Saltwater Canal. This is a place where my children and eventually my grandkids will come to enjoy the warmth of Florida! My hobbies include going to the Beach, Gardening, Our Pets. I love taking my kids to get ice cream, and date nights with my husband.
Why they chose this property
I love being near the Ocean and the saltwater! So many Palm Trees and Sea Life all around you. I have seen Dolphins, Manatees, Sea Turtles and many fish off the Canal. Pelicans, Osprey, Roseate Spoonbills, Egrets and many Ibis Birds Nearby!

Fully updated and quiet scenic neighborhood. New Palm Trees were just planted in the front of this Modern Updated House!
Large U style Driveway and 2 Garages for this Duplex- Unit A and B. We care about our property, and it shows. Nicely Maintained, cared for and fully updated! The Saltwater Canal Lined Neighborhood is truly amazing and relaxing to walk through during anytime day or night!
