Terrible miscommunication

We didn’t feel safe not having access to the apartment we were staying in. The key didn’t work the first night and stayed on the floor with my kids being so sleepy and tired in the hallways waiting for maintenance to come open the door which they never came. A person who lives across from us opened the door for us with his master key?! That was kind of him even though it felt awkward because nobody should have access to the apartment but us and the owner. My husband next had to stay in the apartment while I took the kids out because we didn’t want to stay locked out. I spent the whole day and night communicating with Brittany?? Who never gave us access to the key of the appartement. We will not recommend this place for anyone and will never book with Verbo again!!
