This property is no longer active. Vrbo held my payment from January to May. When I got to Israel tried to text the manager of the property and got no answer. I finally called him. He said he had not managed the property since 2023. I used the virtual messenger on Vrbo to try to cancel. Couldnt help. I called them. The agent was stymied. I called back and asked for a manager. He finally called back and said 3 words. Your reservation is canceled. No apology.
