Surfs Up - 1 Block to Beach & Walk to Dining

Welcome to Surfs Up, a bright and comfortable coastal condo in the heart of Flagler Beach. From this central location, you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, churches, parks, and many of the area’s favorite local spots.

Sliding glass doors connect the living area to the private balcony, creating an easy indoor-outdoor space to relax after a day at the beach. The living room also includes a smart TV with access to Netflix, Roku, and other streaming options.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample storage, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, making the home a great choice for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

The updated bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay, along with beach towels for days spent by the ocean.

The beautifully renovated kitchen is fully stocked for both short and extended stays. Cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and essential kitchen supplies are included, along with generous counter and storage space. A four-person dining table provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals together.

For added convenience, the condo includes central air conditioning and heat, as well as a private washer and dryer located in a separate closet.

Important details:

• Two designated parking spaces are provided for standard-size vehicles only. Oversized vehicles must use available public parking.

• One dog under 20 pounds is permitted with the applicable pet fee and tax.

• Flagler Beach allows dogs on designated sections of the beach north of North 10th Street and south of South 10th Street. Dogs must remain on a leash no longer than five feet.

• Please note that guests must climb 16 stairs to access the unit. Photos of the stairs are included in the listing.

Bookings made with under 4 days’ notice must return the signed rental agreement the same day or risk cancellation without refund.

We have stayed in Flagler many times. This place was one of the best. The location was perfect! Close to all shops, restaurants and the beach. It was a very quiet street and the condo was very comfortable for our family. It had everything you needed and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very nice and clean, shower had plenty of hot water and pressure, the only thing that was a little tricky were the stairs going up to the second floor, Just my opinion because i use a cane sometimes. Other than that i say go for it great location lots of food and drinks close by on A1A.

Walkable to everything !

Small and nothing fancy but clean and neat. Close to everything in Flagler Beach, we walked or rode our bikes all over, and the beach is just a block away. Melanie is great to work with. Its a great little place for a short time stay.

Our eldest son and his wife live in Palm Coast and when we visits we always choose to stag in Flagler. This was our first time staying in this property and it won’t be the last. Beautiful condo and a great location. The management was super easy to communicate with.

Cozy spot in the middle of everything.

Clean, comfortable condo right where you want to be. Nearby to the newest restaurants, the best coffee shops, and only steps from the beach. Each unit had onsite parking for two vehicles (tight - oversize vehicles may have trouble). Owner was super helpful and responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay again.
