Wisconsin Dells Escape - Amazing Views - Pools
Upgrade to our Noah's Ark package after booking!
We call this property the Wisconsin Dells Escape because this is a great place to escape the everyday stresses of life. This has two private balconies that allow you to watch life roll by outside. The top floor balcony has amazing lake views. Close to all of the area attractions and perfect for families, golfers, or that annual girl's getaway.
In & outdoor pools with hot tubs and an exclusive beach will ensure year-round fun! You'll feel at home with this very comfortable property.
You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you can enjoy the private beach and fishing from the docks. Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.
This condo is right by the outdoor pool so you can just poke your head out the front door to check on the kids.

You will have the entire condo and its private balconies. The amenities at Lighthouse Cove are shared with other guests and residents but are never very full. This is a peaceful place to visit in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells.
I am not usually on-site but we are able to respond in an emergency. Please feel free to call with any needs or concerns.
Lighthouse Cove is a quiet mixed use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, weekender owners, and rental guests. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the Dells but in a quiet spot on the lake.
- Must be 21 years old
- We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without refund, anyone for breaking any rules
- No outside visitors during your stay
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest.
• NO SMOKING
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 people for 2 bedroom units and 4 people for 1 bedroom units. Unit 203 is limited to 2 people.
• Parking. Guests may park only ONE vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass containers be used, stored or carried into the pool room or into the fenced outdoor pool area. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool and spa areas. All diving and running in pool and spa areas is prohibited. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families.
Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use onproperty. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put in common area cans such as the one by the grills
