Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure.

We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger.

It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st.

The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. Dog friendly, sorry no cats or other pets

The perfect retreat in Ithaca

Loved everything about this place. Newly renovated, extremely well appointed and no chores to perform upon checkout, which is rare and great. Plus the pool was heated as advertised. Highly recommended.

Relaxing family getaway

Excellent place to stay while touring through the finger lakes. Our young family really enjoyed the hammocks, firepit, foosball table, pinball, and the pool on lazy days while we relaxed at the house. Only about 30 minutes away from the parks/waterfalls that we wanted to visit. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and Evan is very responsive. Side note - if you are looking for a unique experience, check out goat yoga at ZiegenVine Homestead farm.
