The house was a perfect for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. It was private, convenient, great price point and the owners were friendly and responsive with any questions.
Very well appointed! Host provided plenty of towels and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook during our stay. TV's with rokus were in both bedrooms and the living room. Couch was comfortable. Wifi worked well. The host was great and very responsive.
This guest house was perfect for our family of four while we visited family in this area of Georgia. The guest house itself is in great condition and clean while the property is a quiet reprieve to watch deer and fireflies on. I would use this place again if we are ever visiting this area in the future.
Beautiful wooded setting with an awesome deck overlooking the woods. The trees were singing to us with all the different creatures at night. So many birdsongs. Very relaxing.
We arrived late in the evening, our code was all set. No issues getting in and out! Very private deck off the upstairs of the house and covered patio downstairs! Beds are so comfy--I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow and I slept all night! My kids had no complaints about the sleeping arrangements
The house is spacious and very clean but lacked some amenities. There is no dining table or workspace downstairs and the bedrooms had no lamps and not a single chair on which to sit. The bathroom was very nice and well stocked with an abundance of towels (often a problem when away from home). The grass was very high on the property which made it feel abandoned and a bit creepy. It was definitely very quiet and the air units work great! With just a little TLC, this would be an outstanding property.
Terrific experience. Property looks like new. Spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Host communication was terrific. This is a quiet location with a pretty outdoors area to enjoy. Onsite host ensures everything will be perfect and any “surprises” (there were None) will be addressed quickly.
Highly recommended.
Beautiful Home in the Country Amongst Pecan Orchards!
We were visiting family that lives in the Forsyth, GA area. Found this rental and booked it even though it was 25-30 minutes from the families. We sure are glad we did! This rental was one of the BEST maintained properties we've ever stayed in via VRBO and the Host (Megan) extremely friendly and easy to work with. We will be visiting our family in Forsyth at different times and now have a new place to call "Home" when we do...Mike D. from NC
My fiance, best friend, and I reserved this poroperty for a wedding we were going to. We had a little bit of trouble finding the right driveway, but had instant response from the host helping us out! The property was clean, offered the essentials in case you forgot them (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee). Check in and Check out were both simple and well described in the first message. If we need to spend another weekend in Griffin, we will definetly be back!
Floors are linoleum and were filthy. Had to purchase a swifter mop to clean them. Was left only a broom. I killed 8 cockroaches! Was terrified to sleep at night without the lights on. The doors do not seal and the windows are so old, they do not open. I was killing spiders, worms and ants coming in every day. Microwave provided, but no microwave safe dishes are provided. Pots provided were Teflon and warped and had deep cuts in them so I had to buy new ones. Was not allowed to wash the bedding so I had to bring all the sheets over in baskets to get cleaned even though there was a washer and dryer in the house. The patio flooring is wood and never treated so you could get a splinter in your foot if you went barefoot. Not to mention the huge spiders the size of silver dollars dropping out of the trees onto your entry way, car, etc.
